Zoning Board of Appeals, of the Town of Sanford on February 24, 2026 at 7:00pm
At the Sanford Town Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, New York, on the Application of Lakeside MIL. LLC regarding property within the Town
Located at 62 H Decker Road, known as Tax Map Nos.235.01-1-48.12, 235.01-1-48.2 and 235.00-1-1. The Application is for an area variance and use variance regarding:
AN AREA/USE VARIANCE FOR RESIDENTIAL USE AND LAND SUBDIVISION
NOTICE is further given that the environmental significance, if any, of the proposed action may be reviewed incident to, and as part of, said Public Hearing.
Any and all persons shall be entitled to be heard upon said application,
