PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Continuance of the Public Hearing dated December 30, 2025 will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals, of the Town of Sanford on May 28, 2026 at 7:00pm
At the Town of Sanford Town Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, New York, on the Application of Jay Vandermark/Vandermark Paving LLC, 200 Farnham Rd., known as Tax Map# 185.04-1-7.1. The Application is for Use Variance regarding;
A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE is further given that the environmental significance, if any, of the proposed action may be reviewed incident to, and as part of, said Continuance of Public Hearing.
Any and all persons shall be entitled to be heard upon said application.
A copy of which is available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office.
