TOWN OF SANFORD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board for the Town of Sanford on April 14, 2026 at 7:00pm, at the Town of Sanford Town Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY 13754 to consider the 2026-2027 Fire Protection Contract between the Town of Sanford, Town of Deposit, and Village of Deposit.
A copy of the Contract shall be available at the time of the Hearing, and shall be available at times prior to and after the Hearing on the Town’s Website. Any person is entitled to be heard at said Hearing. Written comments may also be submitted by email to: clerk@townofsanfordny.com or by mail by 12pm on the date of the Public Hearing.
